About this piece:
This painting was created for a Tarot card themed group show with Poetic Tiger Gallery. I chose the Death card because although it seems ominous, it actually symbolizes transformation, change, or the end of a cycle. I felt very drawn to this meaning because as an artist I feel like I have undergone a lot of change and growth with my own work in the last few years.
